Congratulations!
Here's where we congratulate friends and relatives for those very special occasions - births, birthdays, engagements, weddings, anniversaries, promotions, and so on.
So just drop us an email with the name of the person to be congratulated, the occasion, the date of the occasion, the congratulatory message, and the name(s) of the congratulator(s). We'll post the message here for all to see! And, yes, photographs and pictures will be accepted and posted as well.
Though this page's been up for more than six months we haven't seen much activity of any sort - and ain't that a shame!
